One of the best meals I’ve ever had! We tried the pork adobo and BBQ chicken inasal. Both were absolutely delicious. Big thanks to Joanne and the team for the excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!

• Cuisine de Manille (formerly Perle de Manille) is a Filipino restaurant in Montreal. • It has been operating since 2003. • Located at 5781 Avenue Victoria, Montréal, Quebec. ⸻ Cuisine & Menu • They serve authentic and traditional Filipino food, with influences from Spanish and Asian cuisine, reflecting the mix that characterizes much of Filipino culinary heritage. • Some of the standout dishes: • Lechon (whole spit-roasted pig) • Sisig • Beef Caldereta • Pancit Bihon • Halo-halo for dessert, among others. • They have a flexible menu: many dishes are prepared fresh, and the menu can vary daily. • There’s also a Kamayan feast option: a communal-style platter served on banana leaves, encouraging eating with hands — a festive and shared dining experience. • They offer catering / party trays for groups: different sizes (e.g. for ~15, 30, 50 people) are available. ⸻ Atmosphere & Practical Info • The restaurant is family-owned and has a warm, casual, welcoming vibe. • Good for groups, families, casual meals. • Hours are roughly 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. • They do takeout, delivery (e.g. via Uber Eats) and offer both dine-in and catering. ⸻ Strengths & Things to Know Strengths: • Many people praise the food as authentic, flavorful, generous portions. • Their halo-halo and desserts are often mentioned as especially good. • The feast / platter style is popular for sharing. Things to be aware of / criticisms: • Some variability in consistency: a few reviews mention that certain dishes may not always meet expectations in terms of seasoning or texture. • Wait times can vary, especially during peak hours. • For some, prices feel a bit high relative to quantity, though many still consider it good value given the quality and authenticity.

I haven’t tried much filipino food. This place provides me a great experience with the filipino food. I really love sisig. Palabok also tastes good.( salty ). The spicy chicken is sweet and not that spicy spicy. Cute decoration. But the weather is super hot and inside is so hot. Paid streer parking in front of the restaurant.

1st time : I had the 3 salads and garlic fried rice. They were all delicious. The staff are so sweet and the space is chill with good music selections 2nd time: I had the veggie lumpia Shanghai and they were great 3rd time: I usually eat vegan but I made an exception and ordered the calamari. The batter was light and flavourful and the calamari seemed to be good quality. Was defs worth the exception

Kamayan Delicious and fun! A generous spread of meats, seafood, and rice, it's perfect for sharing. We picked BBQ pork and chicken legs. The garlic rice was a bit dry, and I wish there was hot sauce for extra kick. Halo-Halo Cool and refreshing with just the right sweetness. Loved the ube and leche flan!!! Honey Melon Juice You can really taste the fresh melon! Light, fresh, and super refreshing. Great match with the meal. However $12 per drink is a bit overpriced.

The fried chicken is also available in the sweet and spicy though there's no picture on the menu and it was amazing. We got the Kamayan platter with pork BBQ and liempo and our servers were incredibly kind and accommodating even though we got there an hour before close and they allowed my friends to film.

Delicious Filipino meal. I never really had a real filipino food before, only had the palabok from Jolliebee so I did not know what to expect when I go to the real filipino restaurant. Well, turns out this place did not disappoint me at all! Everything is delicious. My fav would be the palabok. Well presented as well. Thank you for making the good food!!

AMAZING authentic Filipino food. I came there with my girlfriend and had the sisig, palabok, and halo-halo for dessert! AMAZING! I was actually born in the Philippines and had these dishes before, and eating here felt like home! Definitely recommend coming here!! We’re also visiting from Massachusetts!! Definitely will be going back if we go back to Montreal!
